Receptionist | My Implant Dentist

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Coolamon Dental Centre. This is an opportunity offering long-term growth with weekly set days, full training, and a clear career path in the exciting world of cosmetic and implant dentistry.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:

Receptionist:

- Managing front desk operations
- Booking and coordinating appointments
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Supporting patient care and education
- Collaborating with the clinical and management team
- Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks
- Handling Clinic invoices and reporting to the Director

You'll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and confident with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Proactive and eager to learn
- A genuine team player, able to work collaboratively
- Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry

Experience in dental reception or assisting is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided.



A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.

Prior dental industry experience is strongly preferred for this Lead Receptionist role.
