About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, Food Service Assistant or Catering Attendant, you will support Aged Care facilities and Hospitals by helping deliver high-quality food service and maintaining safe, clean kitchen environments.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

- Setting up and delivering food and drink trolleys
- Preparing and plating meals, including texture-modified foods and fluids
- Making fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks
- Recording food temperatures and maintaining food safety standards
- Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen areas
- Following infection control and hygiene procedures
- Working with modified diets and IDDSI guidelines

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 6 months’ experience in healthcare, hospitality, Aged Care or Hospitals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Working With Children Check




- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations
- 2026 Flu Vaccination
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Availability for versatile shifts (minimum 3 days per week)
- Knowledge of modified diets and IDDSI standards
