Fitter (General)

Specialised Machinery Company Pty Ltd is looking for full time Fitter (General) to join their business.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Analyzing technical blueprints to choose optimal resources, workflows, and operational parameters

· Integrating machined components into completed assemblies to construct functional mechanical systems

· Verifying dimensional conformity of machined pieces by employing micrometers, gauges, and other precision devices

· Adjusting positions and parameters on various automated tools and configuring machinery based on production requirements

· Shaping and refining metallic parts with high precision by employing tools such as mills, lathes, and surface grinders

· Installing complex piping networks for air and fluid transmission by measuring, cutting, and forming tubing systems





· Programming loom-control systems to manage textile formation processes like weaving, tufting, and knitting

· Troubleshooting technical malfunctions, performing scheduled upkeep, and disassembling machinery for component-related repairs

Skills and experience:

· at least 1 year of experience

· Good time management

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Location: 2/17 Baile Rd, Canning Vale WA 6155

Salary range: $76,000 – 90,000 per year
