Regional Sales Manager – Surgical Robotics | Brisbane

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced medical device sales professional to join a rapidly growing surgical robotics business at a pivotal stage of expansion across Australia.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the Queensland market, building strong clinical partnerships, driving adoption of advanced robotic technology, and supporting hospitals and surgeons in delivering improved patient outcomes.

Working closely with surgeons, theatre teams, hospital stakeholders and internal clinical specialists, you will play a key role in the growth of a next-generation robotic surgical platform designed to transform the way complex procedures are performed.

The Prospect

As Regional Sales Manager – Queensland, you will be responsible for:

- Driving sales growth and market development across the Queensland territory
- Building strong relationships with key surgeons, KOLs, hospital executives and procurement teams
- Supporting robotic-assisted surgery programs from initial engagement through implementation and ongoing utilisation
- Managing complex capital equipment sales cycles within public and private hospitals
- Partnering with clinical teams to deliver exceptional surgeon training, case support and customer outcomes




- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic account plans
- Representing an innovative technology that is reshaping the future of surgical care

About You
We are seeking a high-performing medical device sales qualified who brings:

- Proven success selling complex surgical capital equipment, robotics, or high-value medical devices
- Strong experience engaging with surgeons and operating theatre environments
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new markets
- Commercial confidence managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence clinical and executive audiences
- A passion for advancing healthcare through innovative technology

Experience across surgical robotics, capital equipment, urology, general surgery, or other complex surgical specialties will be highly regarded.
