Join our small and friendly team of Psychologists and Psychiatrists at Hume Street Health

Casual, Part Time 1-2 days p/w - Wednesdays and Fridays and some variability

School hours - 8.30am - 3pm

Role

*Liaising with patients, stakeholders as well as psychologists/psychiatrists

*Respond to recent patient and general enquiries in person or over the phone

*Appointment booking, scheduling and organising appointments

*Processing payments and end of day reconciliation

*Responding to emails

*Sending/receiving letters

*General office/reception duties

About you

*Previous medical reception experience required

*Strong communication skills

*Warm, empathetic and approachable

*Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

*Work well independently as well as part of a team

*Confident with managing different medical software

*Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues

Due to the nature of our practice, we require high confidentiality and respect to our patients

Pay: $35.00 per hour
