Perth Central Dental Centre is seeking an experienced dentist to step into a Lead Dentist role, combining hands-on clinical practice with leadership, mentoring and clinical excellence.

About the Role

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping clinical standards, team performance and patient outcomes while maintaining a rewarding clinical schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring and supporting clinicians
- Delivering high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Driving clinical excellence and best-practice patient care
- Supporting practice growth and team development
- Fostering a positive, collaborative team culture

About You





- AHPRA-registered Dentist with strong clinical experience
- Previous leadership experience or a genuine desire to step into leadership
- Confident across all aspects of general dentistry
- Passionate about mentoring and developing others
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional patient care

About the Practice

Perth Central Dental Centre is a well-established, 5-chair practice located opposite Perth Train Station. Supported by a team of more than 30 professionals, the practice operates 7 days a week and provides comprehensive dental care across general, cosmetic, restorative and surgical dentistry.

The practice features modern technology including digital radiography, CAD/CAM systems, rotary endodontics and advanced sterilisation equipment.
