Job Description

As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.

We are seeking an empathetic and skilled Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering high-quality, holistic care to patients navigating complex eating disorders. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, they monitor clinical stability, support nutritional rehabilitation, and provide vital therapeutic encouragement to foster recovery in a sensitive environment.

Working as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse provides compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients navigating complex eating disorder treatment plans. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, this role focuses on monitoring physical stability, supporting meal-time therapy, and implementing therapeutic interventions to foster psychiatric and nutritional recovery.

About You
You will be a trained nurse with robust customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Relevant qualifications and registrations with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience working in an acute hospital environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster is essential
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills
- Work well with a team.
- Experience and/or Interest in Eating Disorders.
