About the Role

You'll be responsible for running our market stall from start to finish, including:

- Setting up and presenting beautiful displays of fresh produce.
- Leading and motivating the market team.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Sharing your knowledge of fruit, vegetables and seasonal produce.
- Managing stock,



cash handling and daily operations.
- Representing the Farmer and Son brand with pride.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has experience as a chef, cook, produce buyer, greengrocer, market manager or similar.
- Loves quality ingredients and understands fresh produce.
- Enjoys talking to customers and building relationships.
- Can work independently and lead a team.
- Is reliable, energetic and takes pride in their work.
- Holds a current driver's licence.
