About the Role:

- Being the first point of contact for patients, greeting them and ensuring a comfortable environment.
- Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails.
- Processing payments and managing daily banking
- Liaising with dental labs and handling referrals.
- General administration tasks and record keeping.

About You:

- Prior experience in the medical/dental industry.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of treatment plans, procedures, and fees.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proficient in dental software (EXACT preferred).
- Versatile with working days.
- A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care
