This role is all about qualifying and nurturing leads to handover to our sales teams to close. If you enjoy research, outreach and building relationships, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
In this role you will:
- Contact industrial businesses to ascertain whether they have equipment that Pickles can sell.
- Liaise with our Sales team to ensure high-quality qualified leads are picked up and closed.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect data (CRM)
- Support campaigns and outbound outreach activity
- Track and report on lead activity and conversion
This role offers:
- $35 an hour plus performance-based incentives

ABOUT YOU
As a proactive self-starter with the ability to build a strong pipeline of opportunities, you will have:
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales support or customer engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and organised approach
- Confidence working with CRM systems and data
- Knowledge of or interest in industrial assets, including trucks, trailers, construction, mining and agricultural equipment (desirable)
- A proactive mindset with a focus on outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
