About the role

Dooley’s is a busy country motel and tavern with 68 motel rooms, a popular tavern, bistro and guest facilities. We are looking for someone with energy, reliability and a great eye for detail to help keep our rooms and shared spaces fresh, clean and welcoming.

Your day may include:

- Cleaning and servicing motel rooms
- Determining work requirements and allocating duties to Housekeepers
- Overseeing the work of the Housekeepers and suggesting improvements
- Maintaining attendance records and rosters




- Making beds and refreshing rooms
- Cleaning bathrooms and guest areas
- Ordering and Restocking guest supplies
- Helping with laundry
- Reporting maintenance or replacement needs
- Maintaining compliance / standards
- Maintaining and training staff on safety regulations
- Making sure rooms are guest-ready and looking great
- May perform front office and hotel reception duties
- Conferring with workers to resolve grievances

About you
