Parathe Wali Gali is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook/Chef to join our busy kitchen team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparing high-quality meals, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a professional and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu and recipes.
- Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality.
- Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
- Ensure food is prepared and stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.




- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent dining experience.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy hospitality venue.
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications are highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and solid work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $56,933.56 – $86,141.18 per year
