What We're Looking For:

- Passion for Landscaping: Enthusiastic about garden design and maintenance.

- Experience: Skilled in hedging, pruning, mowing, and edging.

- Horticultural Knowledge: Expertise in planting, pruning, and garden bed care.

- Plant & Soil Savvy: Excellent at identifying plants, pests, diseases, and understanding soil.

- Strong Work Ethic: Physically fit and reliable.

- Team Player:



Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

- Customer Focused: Outstanding service skills and a professional attitude.

- Punctual & Dependable: Proven reliability and punctuality.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years in landscape gardening.

- Certifications: Current OH&S; White Card, Class C Driver’s Licence - able to drive a manual ute.

- Background Check: Police check required.

Preferred:

- Qualifications: TAFE Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent.
