As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Casual Chef/Cook to join our Eatons Hill (Brendale) kitchen.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, you'll help prepare and serve the quality BBQ that Bluegrass has become known for.

Your role will include:

- Preparing and cooking menu items to Bluegrass standards.
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation on every plate.
- Supporting a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and your teammates during busy services.
- Assisting with preparation, stock rotation, and general kitchen operations.
- Contributing ideas as we continue to improve our menu and systems.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a high volume kitchen.
- Takes pride in producing consistently great food.
- Works well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Is reliable, positive,



and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Wants to continue learning and developing their skills.
- Has (or is willing to obtain) Food Safety certification.
- Can work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends.
