Little Miss is part of the Meraki Hospitality Group - a new restaurant inspired by Coastal Mediterranean flavours and relaxed, high-quality dining. Located in the historic Terrigal Post Office, it’s built on providing an outstanding dining experience, delivering consistency, and offering genuine hospitality.

The Role
We’re looking for a Head Chef who’s both a strong leader and a skilled, hands-on chef. You’ll lead a team of 6–8 (depending on season), working beside them during service to maintain consistency and quality. Leadership, calm communication, and an ability to motivate your team are key.

This is a hands-on position - you’ll be actively involved in service, and training. Availability across evenings and weekends is essential, though flexibility exists as you build and develop a capable, well-trained team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and support a kitchen team of 6–8 team members
- Deliver consistent, high-quality Coastal Mediterranean-inspired dishes
- Maintain COGS, labour, and ordering targets
- Uphold kitchen organisation, compliance, and presentation standards




- Foster a positive and professional team workplace
- Work closely with executive leadership on menu direction and operations
- KPI driven bonuses available for up to 10% of annual salary
