Nagra Family Trust are large scale blueberry and raspberry growers. They are seeking a suitable person with the skills and experience to join their team in the role of Horticulture Grower across their farms in Coffs Harbour and Bonville NSW
The main responsibilities of the positions is to plan, organise, coordinate and undertake farming operations for blueberry and raspberry crops with consideration to environmental & market factors.
Nagra Family Trust are seeking a person with a willingness and commitment to working in the positions long term, problem-solving capability to address agricultural challenges with practical solutions, collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with a diverse farm team and time management ability to prioritize tasks during busy periods, such as harvest seasons,
to maintain crop quality and operational efficiency.
Salary is in the range of $80,000-$85,000 per annumn plus superannuation.

Minimum AQF certificate 111 in Horticulture or equivalent and minimum 2 years relevant employment experience in agricultural or horticultural role OR
