About the Role
As part of the JRM team, whether you're an experienced waiter, bartender or event professiona you'll work across a variety of client sites and venues throughout Sydney, delivering exceptional service and helping create memorable guest experiences, meet current people and build your hospitality experience, be part of supportive and skilled team

From large-scale sporting events and concerts to luxury weddings and corporate functions, every shift offers a new experience - No two shifts are ever the same

Responsibilities
Depending on the event or venue, your duties may include:

- Delivering seamless food and beverage service for events and clients (tray service, canapé service, fine dining, cocktail events)
- Performing tray service,



3-plate carry, and 5-plate transparent with confidence
- Bartending and beverage preparation
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Follow service brief and adapt quickly to different collaboratively with team members.
- Representing JRM Hospitality with professionalism and a positive attitude

What You'll Need

- Current NSW RSA
- Previous hospitality experience (restaurants, events, bars, hotels, catering or corporate hospitality)
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- The flexibility to travel to different venues across Sydney
