Your Recent Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Super, you'll be responsible for executing Aware Super's new employer acquisition strategy. You'll identify and develop relationships with prospective employers, drive new business opportunities, manage tender responses, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our growth strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective employers to generate new members and funds under management.
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and convert employers to Aware Super's default fund offering.
- Manage and progress lead generation activities, including networking, events, conferences and outbound business development activity.
- Contribute to tender responses and support strategic growth initiatives.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- Experience in financial services, superannuation, wealth management, financial planning or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and the ability to manage opportunities from prospecting through to conversion.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Experience building networks through industry events, conferences and referral channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- RG146 accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Management or a related discipline.
