Key Responsibilities

Provide clear, values-led leadership to build and develop a high-performing team

Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and brand standards

Drive financial performance across labour, COGs, and P&L; outcomes

Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination

Ensure health, safety, and food compliance standards are consistently met

Recruit,



train, and coach team members to achieve operational and service excellence

Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-focused team culture.

About You

Proven leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management

Solid commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets

Confident in building teams and developing emerging leaders

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively

Hands-on and adaptable, with a proactive leadership style
