Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

- Conduct Open for Inspections, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- Manage leasing, lease renewals, tenancy applications, maintenance coordination, arrears, and tenancy matters.
- Ensure compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies legislation.
- Lead by example and assist in developing effective property management systems and workflows.
- Work closely with the Director to improve operational efficiency and service standards.

Essential Requirements

- 3–5 years' experience in residential property management.
- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team through structured systems and workflows.
- Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Available to conduct Open for Inspections.
- Professional, courteous, proactive, and resilient with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills





- Experience using Ailo property management software.
- A strong understanding of system-based property management and workflow improvement.
- Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday roster.
- Saturday work is required.
- One weekday off each week in lieu of Saturday.
