We are seeking an experienced Licensed Builder to join our growing team in Perth, WA. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality construction outcomes.
As a Licensed Builder, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of our high-quality modular homes, ensuring all projects meet NCC compliance and are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure all builds comply with NCC, building codes, and safety regulations
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Current and valid WA Builder's Licence
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed builder
- Modular construction experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commitment to high-quality outcomes and attention to detail
