The Circus Crew is looking for confident, fun, and engaging humans to run circus programs in primary schools across Victoria.

About Us

The Circus Crew delivers exciting, inclusive circus programs to schools—teaching kids skills like juggling, hula hooping, balance, and basic acrobatics while building confidence and having a LOT of fun.

We’re not about perfection - we’re about energy, encouragement, and giving kids a go.

The Role

You’ll travel to schools and run structured circus sessions for primary-aged students.

No two days are the same - you might be:

- Teaching juggling to a group of Year 3s
- Running a whole-school workshop
- Hyping up a room full of kids who’ve never tried circus before

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering fun, safe circus sessions (Prep–Year 6)
- Teaching skills like juggling, spinning plates, hula hoops, balance, and more
- Managing groups of kids with confidence and positivity
- Creating an inclusive, supportive environment




- Travelling to schools across Melbourne and surrounding areas

What We’re Looking For

- High energy and confidence in front of groups
- Outstanding with kids (experience preferred but not essential)
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Driver’s licence and car (essential)

Bonus (but not essential)

- Circus skills (juggling, acro, hooping, etc.)
- Performing arts / dance / gymnastics background
- Teaching, coaching, or childcare experience

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
