On behalf of our client, a prominent leader within the Australian manufacturing and production sector, we are seeking multiple Production & Machine Assistants to join their high-volume facility in Regents Park.
Our client runs a highly automated, safety-first environment and is experiencing a major peak in production. They are looking for reliable, physically fit individuals who want stable, long-term work with highly competitive shift loadings.

Shift Times & Pay Rates

- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $32.32 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $38.77 per hour
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $42.00 per hour

Key ResponsibilitiesWorking on a fast-paced production floor, your daily duties will include:

- Machine Assisting: Support senior machine operators with the setup, monitoring, and basic operation of production machinery.
- Line Feeding: Consistently feed raw materials and components into production machinery at a steady pace to prevent line downtime.
- Packing & Sorting: Efficiently pack, stack, and secure finished products coming off the production line according to packing specifications.
- Quality Control:



Conduct basic visual checks on products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards before packing.
- Manual Handling: Perform repetitive lifting, moving of pallets, and manual handling of heavy goods safely.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work zone in strict accordance with site OHS policies.

What You Bring to the Team

- Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role requiring repetitive heavy lifting, bending, and standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Reliability & Punctuality: A proven track record of showing up on time for your rostered shifts.
- Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to workplace health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory, or warehousing environment is highly regarded but not essential.
- Compliance: Valid Australian working rights and the ability to pass standard pre-employment checks.
