About the Role

An opportunity exists within the Older Persons Community Team for a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Nurse with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery-based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Degree in Nursing
Mental Health Experience
Well-developed interpersonal skills




Ability to work as part of a diverse team
Ability to work autonomously
Current drivers licence
Strong commitment to high quality recovery-based case management

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.

Those that are offered and/or start between January and April do not require an up to date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year. Those that are offered and/or start between May and December require the up to date Influenza vaccination prior to offer.
