About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Barber to provide high-quality barbering services while maintaining the excellent reputation of Barber Bros & Co. The successful applicant will be confident in both modern and traditional barbering techniques and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts using modern and classic barbering techniques.

Perform skin fades, taper fades, scissor cuts, clipper work, beard trims, and hot towel shaves.

Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming solutions.

Recommend and sell professional hair and grooming products where appropriate.

Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation at all times.





Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve a positive workplace culture and excellent customer satisfaction.

Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

Applicants must have:

A relevant barbering qualification or a minimum of 5 years of barbering experience.

Proven experience in fades, scissor cutting, beard grooming, and modern styling techniques.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
