The Impact You'll Make
You'll help young people navigate one of the most key transitions in their lives — moving from school into adulthood with greater confidence, skills and independence.
Working closely with families, schools, employers and allied health professionals, you'll create opportunities that empower participants to learn, grow and achieve their goals.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging group and one-on-one vocational training.
Support participants to identify goals, strengths and career pathways.
Build strong relationships with families, schools, employers and community partners.
Coordinate work experience, excursions and real-world learning opportunities.
Foster confidence, independence and employability skills.
Maintain accurate participant records and documentation.




Use technology to enhance learning and engagement.

What You'll Bring
A genuine passion for supporting young people with disability.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or similar.
Experience delivering vocational, employment or skills-based training.
Experience supporting people with disability.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence using technology and client management systems (Lumary experience highly regarded).
A person-centred approach and commitment to helping people achieve their goals.
