We’re now seeking Diploma qualified Educators — or someone who’s currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children’s lives.

- Carey Street Kindergarten
- Jack and Jill Kindergarten
- Lake Bolac Kindergarten
- St Andrews Kindergarten (Ararat)
- Willaura and District Kindergarten

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:

- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development

- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired

- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)

- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

- Outstanding teamwork, communication, and reliability
