As Student Success Manager, you will support a high-volume caseload of learners on university-partnered digital education programmes, guiding them from onboarding through to completion. You will run regular 1:1s and group sessions, and use engagement data to prioritise where your support makes the most difference.
This is a hands-on success manager role focused on keeping learners engaged and progressing. You will work closely with delivery managers and career coaches, stepping in early when a learner needs support to stay on track.In the first six months, you will have built strong relationships across your caseload, developed a clear view of which learners need the most support, and established a steady rhythm of 1:1s and group sessions. Over time, that support shows up in learners staying engaged and progressing toward completion, and in delivery managers and career coaches being able to rely on your read of where each learner stands.
What you'll do
- Support a caseload of around 150 learners as their primary point of contact, from onboarding to completion
- Run structured 1:1s and group sessions during
- Help learners build realistic study plans and stay on track toward completion
- Notice early when learners are becoming disengaged, using dashboards and tracking tools, and work with them on a practical way forward
- Use those insights to focus your time where learners would benefit from it most
- Work closely with delivery managers and career coaches to keep learners moving toward their goals
- Maintain responsive communication across email, calls, and video meetings
- Share learner insight with the team to help improve how programmes run
What you need (must-haves)
- At least 3 years in learner success, customer success, or education support, having managed a caseload of comparable size (please share your typical caseload in your application)
- Experience running structured 1:1s or coaching conversations that guide people toward a defined outcome
- Hands-on experience with a CRM or learner-management system used to track progress and flag risk (please name the systems you've used)
- Confidence working from dashboards and reports to decide where to focus
- Experience in an EdTech or digital learning setting, with familiarity with the platforms used to deliver online programmes
Nice to have
- Experience across multiple concurrent programmes or cohorts
- Exposure to a specific LMS such as Canvas or similar
- A background in the subject area of the programmes you'd support
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
