Forklift Driver / Order Picker (Temp to Perm) - Smithfield

Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a long-term opportunity? We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver / Order Picker to join a busy warehouse operation in Smithfield. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position offering stability for the right candidate.

The Role:

- Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Monday to Friday.
- Smithfield, NSW.
- Temp-to-Perm opportunity.
- Immediate start

Your Responsibilities:

- Operating counterbalance forklifts.
- Order picking and pallet stacking.
- Utilizing RF scanners for inventory accuracy.
- General manual handling and warehouse duties.

What You Need:

- Current Forklift License (LF).




- Demonstrable experience with counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
- Proven ability in manual handling and pallet stacking.
- Experience with RF scanning in a fast-paced workplace.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to secure permanent employment.
