All-Round Operator

Location: South West WA – Bunbury / Busselton / Margaret River Region

Pay: $35–$45 per hour (flat rate, based on experience)

Join a small, hardworking asphalt crew servicing civil and residential jobs across the South West.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced All-Round Operator who can confidently handle a range of civil machinery and work both independently and within a tight-knit team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Final trim with a skid steer.
- Operate excavators confidently and safely.
- Hold a minimum HR Licence.
- Read and work from plans.
- Pass drug and alcohol testing.




- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid attention to finish quality and surface appearance.
- Fit, reliable and comfortable with outdoor work.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- White Card required.

What We Offer:

- Flat rate of $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
- Minimum 40-hour paid week.
