About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and experienced Manager to step in and lead our team. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role working Tuesday to Saturday, offering you a consistent, fixed schedule with consecutive days off (Sunday/Monday) every week!

You must have a Cert. III in Hairdessing.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily activities, maintain operational standards, and ensure smooth workflow from opening to closing.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Supervise, support, and mentor staff to deliver excellent service and hit team targets.
- Quality & Performance Control: Monitor sales/KPIs, maintain high customer service levels, and resolve escalated issues smoothly.
- Inventory & Compliance: Oversee stock/inventory management, safety protocols, and ensure store/office compliance.
- Service & Styling Excellence: Provide high-quality hairdressing services, including expert cutting, custom coloring, and client consultations.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience in a management, supervisor, or team lead role (retail, hospitality, operations, or customer service preferred).
- Immediate Availability:



Ready to start right away without a long notice period.
- Schedule Flexibility: Able to work full-time hours consistently from Tuesday through Saturday.
- Strong Communication: Great interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate a team and interact professionally with clients/customers.
- Problem Solver: A self-starter who stays calm under pressure and takes initiative.
- Cert. IV Hairdressing Qualification: Preferred but not required.
- Cert. III in Hairdressing: Required
