We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in North Sydney. This is an existing position for a Quantity Surveyor (4+ years Post Graduate would suit) to boost our existing team working on multiple national roll-out programmes for Blue Chip clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Programme wide cost management delivery ensuring all tasks are completed in line with our company standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Day to day cost management of multiple projects across capital works programmes
- Implementation and management of carbon costing across programmes
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and project budgets
- Complete quantity take-offs and bills of quantities using CostX/CostX BIM/Cubit.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documentation and contractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs, assess variations and progress claims.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide commercial advice to clients.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants on project costs and budgets.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:





The Successful Candidate

- Hold a relevant tertiary level qualification
- 4+ years Post Grad. Quantity Surveying Experience
- Thorough working knowledge of CostX, BIM measurement and Capital Works Programme Cost Management
- Able to work independently following an initial training period under supervision
- A positive communicator – able to communicate effectively both written and verbally in a client facing environment
- Experience in Carbon Costing of capital works programmes is essential
- Smart qualified presentation, motivated to progress your career

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
