⭐ About the role

Our Indooroopilly centre is looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support our team on a casual basis. This role offers the perfect mix of flexibility and prospect, with shifts across the week that provide variety and the chance to build skills across multiple age groups and learning environments.

As a Casual Educator with Journey, you’ll support daily routines, build positive relationships, and step in where you’re needed most. Each day brings new learning opportunities, new experiences, and a supportive team to welcome you.

Must have minimum 3-day availability.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Support engaging learning experiences across all age groups

Assist educators with routines and day‑to‑day learning environments

Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing

Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the centre

About You

ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma

Must have completed National Child Safety Training

Reliable, positive, and confident working across different rooms





Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing

Strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team

Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid certificates
