This is not just a counter sales job.

You will be a key part of a long-established BMW Motorcycle parts business, supporting trade customers and loyal BMW riders who rely on accurate advice and dependable support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Parts interpreting for BMW motorcycles
- Online and telephone order processing
- Front counter sales and customer service
- Processing and dispatch of customer orders
- Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

- Motorcycle industry experience is desirable. This role is suited to someone who has worked specifically in the motorcycle industry.
- Previous Parts Interpreting experience
- Strong knowledge of Motorcycles (highly regarded)
- Confident computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service
- High attention to detail. Reliable and self-managed.

Highly Valued:

- Previous experience working in a motorcycle workshop
- Qualified mechanic wanting to move “off the tools”
- Experience dealing with trade customers




- Solid understanding of motorcycle parts systems and diagrams

- Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm (No weekend / public holiday work)
