Key Accounts Manager
PSG is currently searching for an Accounts Manager for our Fire Service & Maintenance operation. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contract within the organisation. Understand their needs, objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and
exceptional service.
· Develop trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services in accordance with client requirements,
contractual obligations, and site-specific needs.
· Manage client enquiries, resolve complex issues, and escalate matters as required to achieve
positive outcomes.
· Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, compliance reviews, and regular reporting on service
performance, progress, and client expectations.
· Assist clients with annual budget planning and forecasting activities as required.
· Monitor and pursue quotation approvals, purchase orders (POs), and other outstanding
commercial matters.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
· Support clients in achieving and maintaining annual compliance and certification requirements.
· Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve potential issues before they impact service
delivery.
· Promote and cross-sell complementary Premier services, including HVAC, Electrical, Air, and
Hygiene solutions.
· Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
· Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value-added service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Fire Protection software: Familiarity with Uptick, or similar platforms an advantage.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of AS1851-2012 and other fire system installation standards.
- Attention to detail: Ability to accurately and thoroughly record information.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Customer service skills: Ability to interact with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Self Starter & Team Player - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
