Business Development Manager

The Role:

- You will be selling advertising products that help businesses sell their products to our Buyers and Dreamers.
- Building a sales pipeline from warm clients, as well as new prospects.
- Building relationships with automotive dealers of all sizes, from gravel yards to franchise dealers, along with Parts, Service and Accessory businesses.
- Presenting appropriate advertising strategies to clients in a professional manner
- Negotiating and executing advertising bookings
- Travel to attend customer meetings as required
- Interacting with Account Executives and Admin Team regarding new leads and handover of established clients
- Follow clear sales processes and strictly maintain and update information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Plan your week to achieve Sales and Operational deadlines.

A bit more about you:

- 2 years or more in an outbound sales role - telephone sales skills are preferred.
- Ability to build a relationship with new customers quickly.
- A proven history in exceeding targets
- Motivation to succeed. You should understand what you are working toward and why (in your life).
- A positive, can do attitude.
- Driven to achieve targets
- A team player

Salary:

- Base: $70,000 +




- On Target Earnings: $110,000
- Hard work and outstanding skills can earn: $150k+
