About the role

We require a motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team to help continue our growth.

Responsibilities of the role

- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare quotes based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs to meet the budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan




- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Skills and experience

- Trade qualified in Fabrication or Mechanical is a Must
- 5-8 years of project management experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- Willing to work overtime
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good communications skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience seeing projects through the entire life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills are essential
- Capacity to deal with pressure
