Top Two Motorcycles is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Parts Interpreter to coordinate the parts requirements of its busy Warwick workshop. This is a varied position connecting the Parts Department and Workshop, ensuring technicians receive the correct parts when required and customers are provided with accurate parts and labour quotations.

The Role

Working closely with the Service Advisor, Workshop Foreman, technicians and spare parts team, you will source, order and allocate parts for motorcycle servicing and repair work. You will monitor outstanding orders, follow up backorders, communicate expected arrival times and investigate alternative supply options where required. Your ability to keep parts and information moving efficiently will play an important role in minimising workshop delays and maintaining productivity.

You will also prepare accurate parts and labour quotations, obtain supplier pricing, review margins and communicate variations when additional work or parts are identified. During busy periods, you will support the retail spare parts team by assisting with counter and telephone enquiries, sales processing, receipting, returns and general inventory control.

You’ll Need

Previous experience in a automotive or motorcycle spare parts / dealership environment is essential. You will be organised,



accurate and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced workshop environment, with strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Sound computer skills and the ability to confidently learn dealership systems are also required. Experience using C9 or another dealership management system would be highly regarded, as would knowledge of Honda or Yamaha motorcycles, previous quotation experience and a good understanding of workshop service processes.

On Offer

Top Two Motorcycles is offering an hourly rate of $30–$35, dependent on experience. The usual working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, together with one Saturday morning from 8:00am to 12:00pm every four weeks.
