We are currently looking to recruit an intermediate level litigation lawyer to join our NSW practice as part of our strategy to manage and grow our litigation team.
Overview
Grace Lawyers is a leading national law firm to the strata and community title industry. We specialise in the areas of dispute resolution, insurance, debt collection, building & construction, insolvency, corporate and commercial transactions/litigation, planning law and property law.
About the Role
The successful candidate must have litigation experience and knowledge of the practice and procedure of all NSW and Federal Courts and have hands on experience in managing and running litigation matters. While not essential, it is favourable if the candidate has litigation experience in the areas of insolvency, insurance, building & construction and general or commercial litigation, and has dealt with disputes in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The role would also involve advisory and alternate dispute resolution work.
The following further experience is required:
- 2 to 6 years PAE
- strong analytical and research skills
- advanced technical expertise and client commerciality
- high-level communication skills
- the ability to develop strong client relationships
