Your role

You'll lead from the front by:

- Coaching and developing your team
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Driving sales and store presentation
- Managing inventory and merchandising
- Supporting recruitment and training
- Maintaining a safe, well-run store

About you

You'll have:





- At least two years' retail leadership experience
- Strong customer service and people leadership skills
- A positive, hands-on attitude
- The ability to motivate and develop a team
- Australian work rights

Hardware experience is an advantage, but we also welcome applicants from supermarket, trade and other customer-focused retail environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
