THE ROLE

The Intelligence Analyst, Worker Screening Intelligence and Compliance delivers a comprehensive, proactive and technology-led intelligence collection and analysis capability.
Leveraging data analytics and digital tools, the role produces intelligence that informs operational screening and compliance decision-making, in fulfilment of the worker screening regulatory responsibilities of the SSR under the Worker Screening Act 2020 (Vic)

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:

- Collect, collate and analyse intelligence and risk information from internal systems, partner agencies and other sources to support worker screening decisions.
- Provide professional supervision of staff, and develop staff potential through coaching and feedback, training, engaging, and mentoring.
- Contribute to a team environment and culture that is respectful, embracing of diversity and meets confidentiality and privacy requirements.
- Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and record management,



information security and privacy policies and requirements.
