A Site Foreman is the person responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities on a building site. They ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards while coordinating trades, subcontractors, and materials.

A Site Foreman is responsible for:

Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.

Planning daily site activities and allocating tasks.

Monitoring work quality to ensure it meets plans and specifications.

Enforcing workplace health and safety regulations.

Ordering and managing building materials and equipment.

Coordinating with the Site Manager, Project Manager, engineers, and clients.

Keeping site records, progress reports, and attendance.





Solving in office issues and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Trade qualification (Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plumbing, etc.) or extensive construction experience.

White Card (mandatory in Australia).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read construction drawings and plans.

Knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS regulations.

Driver's licence.

Pay: $10,000.00 – $12,500.00 per month
