- Any Graduate or MBA in Marketing
- Manage and deliver sales targets set in line with the Company vision and goals
- Target for specification and conversion to sales
- Develop and drive marketing activities relevant for increasing business revenue in the area
- Lead Generation
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs




- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Build long-term relationships with current and existing customers
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Work experience of minimum 3 years in core sales
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, in English
- Self-Motivated & target Oriented
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
