We are seeking an experienced First-Class Welder / Fabricator (Boilermaker) to join our busy and well-equipped engineering workshop in Western Sydney.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering competitive pay, guaranteed overtime for eligible experienced tradespeople, excellent working conditions and interesting, wide-ranging projects.

About the Role

As a Welder / Fabricator,



you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components to engineering drawings and specifications.

You will need to be confident working independently, accurately interpreting drawings and completing fabrication and welding work to a high standard.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification as a Welder, Boilermaker or relevant fabrication trade
- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Experience welding in various positions
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG and STICK welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic

Salary & Overtime

We offer competitive rates + Super, with 15 hours of guaranteed overtime per week for experienced First-Class Boilermakers with relevant certification.

Additional overtime opportunities are available, including Saturdays.
