We're looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our friendly team at our Commercial Production Kitchen in Randwick.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll support our production team in preparing fresh, high-quality food for our cafés. If you enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with basic kitchenhand tasks such as food and ingredient preparation.
- Preparing exceptionally presentable sandwiches and cold food items to a high quality ready for sale in the display cabinets.
- Assisting with store opening and closing tasks when on duty.
- Washing dishes and utensils.
- Cleaning benchtops, floors, ovens and any other surfaces on a regular basis.
- Taking out rubbish as required.
- Receiving deliveries and restocking kitchen materials and fresh food produce as required.
- Handling stock rotations as required.




- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and service standards, including following Food Safety Checklists provided by LifeGrain and completing regular temperature checks as prescribed, of all refrigerated units.
- Assisting BOH and FOH teams with miscellaneous duties as required, as directed by the Head Chef.
