We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support veterans and their families in the community across Ballina and Surrounds.

About the role

- Community-based personal care in clients’ homes
- Casual hours across a rotating roster
- Paid travel between client homes during your shift

Your duties will include:

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Medication prompting
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing
- Accurate documentation of care provided




- Adhering to infection control and safety procedures
- Maintaining mandatory competencies is a condition of the role

To be successful, you will have:

- First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Assistance
- (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community care
- A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
