About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, and Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

These are mobile roles providing services across South West Sydney, including sessions conducted in the home, school, and community settings.

You will be supporting children and young people with developmental needs under the NDIS framework, focusing on building independence, communication, emotional regulation, functional skills, and participation in everyday activities.

Speech Pathologist – Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Support development of functional communication (including AAC where appropriate)
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and support teams
- Provide reports and documentation in line with NDIS requirements

Speech Pathologist – Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
- Membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Experience working with paediatric clients (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Occupational Therapist – Key Responsibilities

- Conduct functional and sensory assessments




- Develop and implement therapy plans targeting daily living skills and independence
- Support emotional regulation, sensory processing, and participation
- Provide environmental modifications and strategies
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams

Occupational Therapist – Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience working with paediatric clients (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills

Behaviour Support Practitioner – Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and behaviour observations
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS requirements
- Provide positive behaviour support strategies to children, families, schools, and support teams
- Support emotional regulation, communication, and skill development
- Deliver staff and caregiver training in behaviour support strategies
- Monitor progress and review behaviour support interventions regularly
- Complete clinical documentation, reports, and behaviour support documentation in accordance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

Behaviour Support Practitioner – Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Behavioural Science, or related field




- Experience working within Positive Behaviour Support and/or the NDIS framework
- Demonstrated understanding of restrictive practice regulations and PBS principles
- Experience working with paediatric clients and/or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently within community settings

Pay: $83,232.00 – $114,400.26 per year

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
