As we head into the busy summer months, we’re getting ready & building our team.
We’re seeking experienced cooks & chefs to fill a variety of exciting roles on offer.
We have positions available in our main restaurant kitchen, the fish & chippery kitchen, our bakery kitchen & for a casual weekend breakfast chef, so there’s something for everyone.
If you have serious passion for the industry, the right attitude, you’re calm under pressure with a ‘can do’ attitude, you’re looking to further develop your skills & take your career to the next level, whilst working in a fun & supportive team environment, we have a position for you.

· Work alongside our talented chefs in showcasing your individual talent & creativity in product & brand development under the guidance of our executive chef
A bit about you…
- Have the necessary formal trade qualifications in commercial cookery
- Have full working rights for Australia
- Have previous experience in a similar role that you are applying for
- Have fast paced, high volume upmarket a la’ carte dining experience
- Be responsible for food ordering, production & service
- Available to work evenings & weekends
- You’re able to take direction & work unsupervised
- Thorough knowledge of workplace health & safety practices
- Chargrill or wood fire grill experience a bonus
- You live close-by – or have your own transport – (free parking provided)
