Fitzgerald Air Conditioning is a well-established and growing air conditioning company servicing residential and commercial clients throughout Sydney. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated qualified HVAC Service Technician or 3rd-4th-year apprentice who is equally comfortable performing service, maintenance, fault-finding, repair, and installation work.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work across a variety of residential and commercial projects, including preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, system diagnostics, replacement works, and new installations.
You will be representing Fitzgerald Air Conditioning professionally while delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of air conditioning systems.
· Perform preventive maintenance on residential and commercial equipment.
· Troubleshoot A/C faults.
· Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.
· Communicate professionally with clients, site managers, and office staff.
· Maintain a high standard of workmanship and workplace presentation.
· Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and industry standards.
About You
The successful applicant will possess:
· Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. / enrolment as an apprentice.
· Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARC tick) / training licence
· Relevant industry experience in service, maintenance, and installations.
· Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
· Sound knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
· Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
· White Card.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Desirable Qualifications
· Trade Licence / Restricted Electrical Licence/ apprenticeship enrolment 3rd /4th Yr
· Experience with VRV/VRF systems.
· Experience with commercial maintenance contracts.
· Working at Heights and EWP tickets.
