Key Responsibilities:

- Work under the direction of the Director, providing tailored assistance to students with various learning needs
- Provide individual or small group tutoring to deliver targeted instruction in literacy, numeracy, and organisational skills
- Implement phonics-based literacy intervention programs under the guidance of the Centre Director.
- Assessing student strengths and areas of concern to draw up a comprehensive plan that outlines all the learning outcomes
- Meticulously organise and prepare lessons and resources for tutoring sessions
- Tracking student development, providing feedback, and contributing to assessments and report
- Communicate with students, teachers, parents/carers and allied professionals to provide updates on progress and ensure effective support.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting diverse learners.

Essential Criteria:





- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, phonics-based literacy intervention.
- Ability to work under the direction of the Centre Director and follow established teaching programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting student learning.
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- Knowledge about AI driven platforms to provide personalised learning support to students is desirable but not essential.
- To assist with social media engagement and presence is desirable but not essential
